Representatives of the Auradine California company, a manufacturer of equipment under the TRAFLUX brand, announced the end of the round of the C series in the amount of $ 153 million. The bulk of the investment – $ 138 million – was on shared financing, the remaining $ 15 million – venture debt. This stage was re -signed by 22%, despite the initial plan to attract $ 125 million.

The round was headed by the STEPSTONE Group investment company. Maverick Silicon, Premji Invest, Samsung Catalyst Fund, Qualcomm Ventures, Mayfield, Mara Holdings, Gsbackers and other organizations took part in financing. The volume of general investments in Auradine now exceeds $ 300 million. Despite the refusal to disclose the current assessment of the company, the co -founder and CEO Rajiv Kheemani noted that Auradine expects to reach the positive indicator in the nearest quarters.

The management plans to apply the received funds for the development of 2 areas: the main business for the production of miners and the new infrastructure for the AI ​​centers of data processing. The Auralinks AI unit will create network solutions of artificial intelligence. The first products within the framework of Auralinks AI are planned to be presented before the end of the year.

The company’s management also recalled the launch of Aurascape AI in the field of cybersecurity in the field of cybersecurity, which is now functioning as a separate structure. According to Khyemani, the organization demonstrates “sustainable market growth.”

Despite the active development of the AI, the main Auradine business is still associated with bitcoin mining. According to the company, its devices are used by more than 40 large data centers, including Marathon Digital. The annual rate of revenue already exceeds $ 150 million, and the volume of orders continues to grow.
