The YZI Labs investment unit, previously known as Binance Labs, officially launched a new initiative called Easy Residence-a 10-week program for the founders working at the Web3 intersection, artificial intelligence and healthcare. It will be held in offline format and is designed for a limited number of startups. Each selected team will receive funding in the amount of $ 500 thousand.

Investing is divided into 2 parts: $ 150 thousand. It is provided for 5% of the company through the SAFE agreement (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), while the remaining $ 350 thousand are invested in the form of SAFE, but without evaluating – with the expectation of the next round after demo days. Such a hybrid approach gives the teams starting flexibility without immediate pressure, while maintaining the interest of the investor in the future growth of the startup.

The organizers emphasize that the program is built around the concept of full support: from living and nutrition to daily logistics. Participants are invited to focus exclusively on the development of the product, while the YZI Labs team takes on operating issues. During the program, offline sessions are also planned with mentors, trackers and representatives of large ecosystems, including BNB Chain and Openai.

The interest in the program turned out to be high: applications come from many international teams, including projects working in the field of biotechnology, blockchain identification, generative AI and decentralized dates. Public persons in the Web3 community are already comparing Easy Residence with the early Y Combinator funds, pointing out a similar model for financing and mentor support. Applications are accepted until the evening of May 21, 2025.
